In terms of ranking high on the ladder, possessing intimate knowledge of the game, and boasting some of the more honourable members of the community (ignoring the occasional appearance of a form of semijustified elitism), I'd have to say iQ.
In terms of creative and innovative progress in-game, as well as unparalleled dynamic performance in all the top ranked guilds, I'd have to say Te.

In terms of generosity towards its members and respectable performance in all areas of interest... out of loyalty to my current guild (bless their souls), I'd have to say, that the Legion of Valhalla takes the crown there.

I personally believe these qualities can be found in any well-mannered guild with sufficient activity, however, so remember to try your best and love the people you play with.
You only get in return what you give to your game experience.
